**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking an accomplished Resident Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team, specifically focusing on the South Gujarat Region. This territory spans from Surat to Vapi and presents an exciting opportunity to drive the marketing efforts for our specialized Fire Fighting pumps like Monobloc, Coupled Set, Jockey, Vertical/Horizontal Multi-stage and Inline Pump.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve order targets for our Fire Fighting pumps in the designated region.
- Identify and prospect potential customers, including distributors, contractors, and end-users, to generate sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Provide technical product knowledge and support to customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information to facilitate sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed sales decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, preferably in the field of pumps or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the South Gujarat market, with established connections in the region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Technical knowledge of Fire Fighting pumps or similar products is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
