**About the Team**
The Workforce Planning Analyst is part of a Strategic Workforce Planning function within the Workforce Transformation organization of the People Office. This role works with a team of workforce planning practitioners and thought leaders, Organization Design experts, and other key partners across various HR, Finance, and Business functions to develop, monitor, adjust, and execute on workforce plans that connect talent needs to business outcomes.
**What you will be doing**
- Guide business leaders, finance partners, and HRBPs in developing and executing on operational and strategic workforce plans using a consistent methodology, approach, processes, and tools.
- Develop and maintain workforce plans based on data-driven workforce supply and demand models, optimized gap-closing actions, and key success measures.
- Partner with the Workforce Analytics team to leverage best-in-class people analytics in workforce planning models.
- Participate in projects that support the long-term vision and roadmap for the broader Workforce Planning team and Workforce Transformation organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
**Added Bonus ( If Any)**
- Experience Organization Design, Visier or similar People Analytics platforms,
- Workday Adaptive Planning (formerly Adaptive Insights) or other workforce planning platform, Workday data/reporting and key talent modules,
- Headcount planning and/or resource management, statistics/statistical modelling, capacity planning, background in Finance/HR.
- Prior role at large-scale, global company with complex business units and corporate functions, including mix of matrixed and functionalized resources is nice to have.
