Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Planner to play a key role in financial planning, growth strategy, and business expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design and real estate, combined with strategic business acumen to drive the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

·     Develop comprehensive financial plans to support business objectives and operational needs.

·     Create and implement growth strategies aligned with market trends, client demands, and company capabilities.

·     Analyze industry and market data to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.

·     Coordinate with design, sales, and finance teams to align strategic goals with operational execution.

·     Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial health and business growth.

·     Support leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation decisions.

·     Leverage previous experience in interior design and real estate sectors to enhance market positioning.

Desired Candidate Profile

·     MBA with a solid understanding of strategic planning, finance, and business development.
