DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*

Under and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

• SC Plan Process understanding & execution mainly Demand Planning, IBP, Supply network planning and Inventory management
• Orchestrate with Supply Planning / Production planning / Purchasing / External Ops planning / Network planning
• Review Process Blueprints & automating manual work activities
• Prepare MIS report for department & develop insight/action-oriented dashboard
• Support Automating IBP process and scenario planning analysis, with capacity bottleneck identification
• Scenario planning on different demand base to optimize FG/RM SLOB
• Create business case on Digitalization Efforts vs benefit to prioritize
• Identify and drive continuous improvements in Global Supply Chain Projects processes.
• Ensure activities performed are compliant with the Ethicon (Surgery) Quality System.
• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to management level
• Own the end-to-end Order Management process, including placing new purchase orders, developing purchase forecasts, and performing goods receipts
• To be aware about Industry tool, practices across SC 
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, while offering insights and suggestions on how to improve the business
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Performs other duties assigned as needed.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION*

• MBA - , Supply Chain Finance, Logistics or Engineering: 0-2 years of experience/Non B school 4-6 years of experience
• Digital tool (Must have) : Large set data foundation, Power BI, SQL Alteryx, Tableau, AI/ML, Microsoft Fiber, etc. 
• Knowledge and proficiency (Good to have) of ERP SAP, S4 HANA, planning tools APO, OMP preferred
• Project Management preferred.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

• Strong analytical skills with capability to query systems to extract sets of data for analysis.
• Advanced Excel knowledge, basic Access.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and management skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to create, cultivate and implement change.
• Influencing skill, Ability to minimize and manage risks appropriately.
• Fluency in English is required, other languages are a plus.
