Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Workforce Management Analyst located in Pune, with opportunities for some work-from-home days. The Workforce Management Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing workforce data, creating efficient workforce plans, and using tools like eWFM to optimize workforce performance. This role involves daily communication with team members and stakeholders to effectively plan and distribute workloads.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret and make decisions based on workforce data
  • Experience in Workforce Management and Workforce Planning
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective interactions with team members and stakeholders
  • Knowledge and experience with eWFM tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
