Customer Success Sales Executive

What We Are Looking For We are hiring for a Customer Success sales executive to join our team in Bangalore. As an customer success sales executive you will be part of a dynamic team and you will be responsible for handling key customer accounts and manage a team of your own. Lead generation will be a part of your day-to-day activities in order to build the business.
**Key Responsibilities**
2. Retrieving the necessary information about the company and creating a profile on Semikart for the same.
3. Managing a team of individuals, delegating tasks, and overseeing overall processes.
4. Develop a thorough understanding of our in-house tools and processes.
5. Responding to enquiries with a quote created via our in-house quotation software in under 2 hours.
6. Follow ups on quotations in order to close orders.
7. Preparation of the Final Sales Order using our in-house software.
8. Keeping customers updated with their order status and providing customer support whenever required.
9. Following internal processes and timely preparation of appropriate documentation such as packing notes, delivery notes etc.
10. Following up and keeping track of payment collection from customers within the stipulated time period.
11. Lead generation using online research and other methods to build your own sales funnel.
12. Providing regular updates on the status of leads provided by the Digital Marketing team and regular feedback on the volume/quality of leads sent to you. 13. Liaising with internal teams such as Supply Chain, FAEs or the Software Developers as and when required by the customer for additional support.
**Required Qualifications/Skills**
1. Energetic, self-driven and eager to learn individual.
2. Ability to manage a small team.
3. Ability to delegate tasks and oversee processes.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and outstanding sales ability.
5. Excellent customer support/satisfaction skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication.
7. Comfortable working across cross functional teams.
8. Comfortable working in result-oriented environments.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
