**The Role**:
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As an Executive Assistant to the Co-founders, you will be responsible for:
**Calendar Management**:Coordinate and manage the executive’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and National/International travel arrangements.**Meeting Coordination**:Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings. Ensure all relevant materials are prepared and distributed in advance.**National/International Travel Arrangements**:Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reports**.**-
**Document Management**:Draft, edit, and review documents, presentations, and reports. Ensure all documentation is organized and accessible.**Event Planning**: Plan and coordinate corporate events, board meetings, investor visits and others**Confidentiality**:Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.**Relationship Management**:Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
- ** Office Management**:Oversee the smooth running of the executive’s office, including managing supplies, coordinating with IT, and liaising with other departments as needed
**Qualifications** we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.- Minimum of **8+ years of experience** as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably **supporting C-level executives.**- Prioritize** conflicting demands and**resolve scheduling conflicts** proactively.- Able to **Manage accounts, skilled multi-tasker**- Exceptional **verbal and written communication skills.**- Strong **organizational skills**- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Ability to work independently and handle multiple** priorities in a fast-paced environment.**- High level of **discretion and confidentiality/** Maintains the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
