**Responsibilities**:
Training Program Development:
Design, Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and existing sales team members, focusing on our specific B2B IT services/software products.

Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals online modules, and interactive exercises.

Develop and maintain up-to-date sales process documentation and training resources.

**Training Delivery**:
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions

Facilitate role-playing, simulations, and other practical exercises to reinforce learning.

Provide individualized coaching and feedback to sales team members.

**Sales Process Optimization**:
Analyse sales performance data to identify training needs and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with sales leadership to refine and optimize the sales process.

Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in B2B IT sales.

**Onboarding and Ongoing Training**:
Manage the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they are quickly integrated into the team and equipped to succeed.

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to keep the sales team's skills sharp.

Measure Training Effectiveness and provide reports to management.

**Product Knowledge**:
Maintain expert level knowledge of all company products and services.

Work with sales operations teams to get all the newest information regarding products and services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
