Sales Process Trainer - B2B IT Service Sales

Responsibilities: 1. Training Program Development: - Design, Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and existing sales team members, focusing on our specific B2B IT services/software products. - Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals online modules, and interactive exercises. - Develop and maintain up-to-date sales process documentation and training resources. 2. Training Delivery: - Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions - Facilitate role-playing, simulations, and other practical exercises to reinforce learning. - Provide individualized coaching and feedback to sales team members. 3. Sales Process Optimization: - Analyse sales performance data to identify training needs and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with sales leadership to refine and optimize the sales process. - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in B2B IT sales. 4. Onboarding and Ongoing Training: - Manage the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they are quickly integrated into the team and equipped to succeed. - Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to keep the sales team's skills sharp. - Measure Training Effectiveness and provide reports to management. 5. Product Knowledge: - Maintain expert level knowledge of all company products and services. - Work with sales operations teams to get all the newest information regarding products and services.

Qualifications: - 2 to 4 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the B2B IT services or software industry. - Proven ability to develop and deliver effective sales training programs. - Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and best practices. - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies. - Ability to analyse data and identify training needs. - Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
