**Relevant Experience: 1-3yrs of Loan Against Property/ Home Loan/ Sales experience**

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
Cold calls to be done in the catchment mapped to him / her and ensure the leads are generated for

CLAP business.

Distribute C-LAP brochures in the catchment area to generate leads.

Conduct market visits and promote CLAP to prospective customers.

Explain the product details, features and benefits to the customers.

Understanding customers requirement for business loan and pitching the right product as per

requirement

Logins to be done with complete set of documents as per the login checklist.

Maintain daily sales report.

Collect 2 references from every customer for C-LAP business.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales Officer CLAP: 3 years (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Baramati, Pune, Maharashtra: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (required)
