
Customer Service Executive

Our Italian client designs, develops and manufactures off-road concrete batching vehicles and dumpers for the construction industry, providing the most effective solution for any customer in making and transporting concrete on-site with a great flexibility, minimizing energy costs and reducing environmental impact.
With one of their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Irungattukottai, they are on the look out for the following professionals, as a part of their expansion plan.
- Answering phones and directing them to the correct person or department.
- Greeting guests and clients in a professional yet polite manner.
- Making appointments and keeping calendars for staff personnel.
- Organizing and managing physical and electronic files.
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping duties including invoicing and spending monitoring.
- Making travel arrangements and lodgings for employees.
- Assisting with meeting and event planning, including agenda creation and minute taking.
- Performing general office chores like ordering supplies and keeping the office clean.
- Maintaining the secrecy of sensitive information.
**Secretary Requirements and Skills**
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree is desirable.
- Proven experience working as a secretary or administrative assistant or coordinator.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills.
- Work requires meticulous attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and operate effectively under duress.
- When dealing with confidential material, exercise discretion and integrity.
- Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and situations.
- **Fluency in Hindi is a must**
