**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Operations Intern to assist in our inventory management processes. The Inventory Operations Intern will support the Inventory Manager in maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring efficient resource utilization to meet production and customer demands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management policies and procedures to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
- Help maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software and manual tracking methods.
- Support coordination with purchasing and procurement teams to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and supplies.
- Participate in regular stock checks and help identify discrepancies, providing support in implementing corrective actions.
- Assist in analyzing inventory data to identify trends and forecast demand.
- Help optimize inventory storage space and layout for improved efficiency and accessibility.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics teams to facilitate timely fulfillment of orders.
- Support the implementation of inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage, loss, and obsolescence.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and help with documentation for negotiating terms.
- Prepare basic inventory reports, including stock status and consumption trends, for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management or related roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory management principles, practices, and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
