**Job Title: E-Commerce Executive (Warehouse Operations)**
**Location**: Kundli, Sonipat

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**: Efficiently process orders using Uniware Software, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- **Picklist Management**: Generate and manage picklists, ensuring the right items are picked and shipped on time.
- **Returns & Return Claims**: Handle customer returns, process return claims, and ensure returns are properly logged and managed.
- **Inventory Putaway**: Oversee the putaway process, ensuring that inventory is correctly stored and recorded in the warehouse.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor stock levels, perform regular stock checks, and update inventory records.
- **Warehouse Operations**: Assist with day-to-day warehouse tasks, including organizing, packing, and shipping orders.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that the products being shipped are of high quality and meet the required standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, specifically in eCommerce settings.
- Strong understanding of **Uniware Software** for order processing and inventory management.
- Knowledge of **picklist management**, returns processing, and inventory putaway.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
