**Salary Range**: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
**Experience**: 3 - 6 Years in Quick Commerce / E-grocery / FMCG Operations

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage **end-to-end quick commerce operations**, including inventory planning, stock availability, and timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with **Blinkit,and other aggregator platforms** to maximize product visibility, sales, and customer reach.
- Oversee **warehouse/store-level operations** including inwarding, dispatch, and returns.
- Maintain strong relationships with **vendors and suppliers** to ensure continuous stock availability.
- Analyze **sales trends, demand forecasting, and consumer buying patterns** for effective stock management.
- Track performance metrics such as **order accuracy, TAT (Turnaround Time), and OTIF (On-Time In-Full)** delivery.
- Work closely with the **accounts and finance team** for reconciliation of sales and payments from platforms.
- Implement **process improvements** to optimize operations and reduce costs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (3-6 years) with **Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit.)**.
- Strong knowledge of **inventory & supply chain management**.
- Hands-on experience with **aggregator dashboards & seller panels**.
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, target-driven environment**.
- Proficiency in **Excel, MIS reporting, and basic ERP/Tally** will be an advantage.
