**What you’ll do**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain WCL governance frameworks and associated ways of working documents.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with the reporting quality and adherence to frameworks (such as Change Framework).
- Lead the coordination of governance related meetings including scheduling, agenda preparation, action management, minute writing and documentation.
- Maintain process, change control and quality documentation standards, ensuring teams operate within these standards.
- Supporting the implementation of training programs to ensure continuous improvement across the Value Stream
- Assisting in responding to inquiries related to governance and providing guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Participating in continuous improvements efforts to enhance governance and reporting processes based on feedback and lessons learned.
- Supporting the overall Value Stream strategy by contributing to the development and execution of governance-related tasks and initiatives as directed by Leadership.
- Conducting high quality and efficient reviews of governance / reporting artefacts.
- Promotes and takes accountability for programme quality and seeks to identify opportunities to improve reporting quality
- Collaborates with stakeholders to extract strategic information to present it in a compelling way to management

Requirements

**What you will need to succeed in the role**:

- Previous proven experience in Governance type roles including pack creation, action management and coordination across different functions and teams.
- Proficient in MS Office, critically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective and concise written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Good organizational, time management and planning skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated and ability to inspire others.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Ability to translate ideas and approaches visually for stakeholders.
- Has some exposure to Clarity, JIRA and other internal systems desired but not mandatory.
- Ability to go above & beyond.
- Flexible and adaptable in an environment of constantly changing priorities.
- Evidence of self-development across a number of disciplines
- Proven track record of performance within HSBC or industry
