**Job Description**:
**Jr. Sous Chef North Indian Cuisine - Curry**

**What you will be doing**:

- Career development opportunities with national and international promotion opportunities.
- Working on the Indian curry range producing Curries and kebabs from the North West Frontier Cuisine.
- Assist in other sections of the kitchen.
- Knowledge of Tandoor is an added advantage
- Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements
- Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies.

**Your team and working environment**:

- You would be reporting to the Speciality Indian Chef of the restaurant
- The kitchen takes care of Punjabi, Awadhi and Mughlai food preparations (Curry and Tandoor) - vegetarian and non vegetarian
- The team also takes care of live cooking stations in the Banquet, if need be.
- You would be responsible for receiving of goods, cleaning, storage and food preparation
- You need to follow All Safe & Food safety and Hygiene standards.

**Your experience and skills include**:

- Creative and passionate about food and customer service
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player.
- Add diplomas/certifications required if needed
