**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to debt collection in an international market.
- Ensure customer queries related to debts, payments, and account status are addressed professionally and accurately.
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers and provide them with debt resolution solutions.
- Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and actions taken on the debt collection system.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines related to debt collection practices.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a high level of professionalism and resolving issues effectively.
- Meet monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to collections, customer satisfaction, and call handling.
- Handle customer objections and provide explanations of account details and payment options.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
