As an International Voice Process Associate in the Healthcare sector, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer support to our international clients. You will be responsible for assisting clients with their healthcare-related inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support**: Handle inbound and outbound calls from international clients, addressing their queries and concerns related to healthcare services and benefits.

**Medical Terminology**: Demonstrate a strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes to effectively communicate with clients and resolve their issues.

**Documentation**: Accurately record and maintain client information and interactions in the CRM system.

**Compliance**: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and company policies when handling client inquiries and providing information.

**Problem Solving**: Identify and troubleshoot client issues, working collaboratively with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive solutions.

**Quality Assurance**: Maintain high standards of service quality by following established guidelines and best practices.

**Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, policies, and procedures to provide up-to-date information to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, etc.) preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
