**TribeVibe Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is a BookMyShow Enterprise established in 2019 that aims to revolutionize the college festival scene. College festivals are an integral part of a student’s life as it gives them a chance to witness and be a part of something more than everyday classroom work. Currently the college festivals need avenues to support them with regards to various aspects that are involved on making any event a successful right from the planning stages, to the execution and the post event activities.**:
**TribeVibe with the combined experience of over 500+ events and with expertise ranging from artist bookings, data management, ticketing, brand tie ups, production to the overall management & execution of events, intend to be the one-stop solution for these festivals and deliver creative and insightful methods to shape these festivals.**:
We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented intern to join our Client Servicing team in the live events space. You'll work closely with account managers and production teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of events. This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of event planning, client management, and on-ground coordination.

**Your Profile**

1. Support the client servicing team in managing day-to-day communication with clients
2. Assist in preparing event proposals, presentations, and reports
3. Coordinate with internal departments (production, creative, marketing, logistics) to ensure timely deliverables
4. Help manage event timelines, client feedback, and follow-ups
5. Be available for on-ground support during live events (when required)

2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
3. Interest in events, marketing, or brand activations
4. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
5. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
6. Prior experience in college events or internships is a plus
