**TribeVibe Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is a BookMyShow Enterprise established in 2019 that aims to revolutionize the college festival scene. College festivals are an integral part of a student’s life as it gives them a chance to witness and be a part of something more than everyday classroom work. Currently the college festivals need avenues to support them with regards to various aspects that are involved on making any event a successful right from the planning stages, to the execution and the post event activities.**:
**TribeVibe with the combined experience of over 500+ events and with expertise ranging from artist bookings, data management, ticketing, brand tie ups, production to the overall management & execution of events, intend to be the one-stop solution for these festivals and deliver creative and insightful methods to shape these festivals.**:
**Your Profile**:

- Will be responsible for Campus Ambassador Program ideation, creativity and management
- Will be responsible to handle the PAN India Network of more than thousands of ambassadors
- Work closely with the ambassadors and maintain the efficiency of network
- Focus on creating new and unique task weekly for ambassador
- Will be responsible for client servicing and execution of brand related activations and for internal/external teams
- Maintaining tracker of ambassadors on their performance and efficiency of network city and task wise
- Interact with ambassadors on regular intervals and troubleshoot their problems
- Maintain and follow timelines of projects and tasks
- Will be responsible for assigning task related to their interest (festival management/ Social Media/Photography/ Business Development and many more)
- Effective coordination with other teams to create and execute campaigns that will initiate traction on the pages and the website and interest among ambassadors
- Overlook the brand ambassador and campus ambassador registration and online engagement
- Work hand in hand with the sponsorship and college team
- Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals
- Working closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies
- Creating website and social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new ambassadors
- Building rapport with campus ambassadors
- Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times

**Your Checklist**:

- Proven work experience in this field or similar
- 2 to 5+ Min. Years of Experience
- Excellent with Management and Leadership Skills
- Must be creative and extrovert
- Excellent proficiency in verbal and written English language and verbal Hindi language
- Hands on experience in interaction with bunch of students at a time
- Ability to deliver project on time
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Prior experience in a customer service environment
- Friendly, calm, approachable, and outgoing personality
- Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to travel
