**Job Summary
To liaise with the Insurer/Broker to collect policies related to the Financial Lines of business, and accurately review and issue them to the client

**Principal Duties/Responsibilities**
- Ensuring **Polices** are reviewed diligently as per agreed guidelines
- Maintaining and updating the centralized inbox and tracking database regularly
- Liaising with team members and US peers to ensure all aspects of **Policy **are addressed
- Maintaining detailed records of communication with all parties, including changes being made on the Policies
- Working as per compliance requirements of the organization
- Extreme focus on quality with the understanding of the financial implications
- Consistently meeting service levels agreed with all relevant parties involved in the Policy checking process
- Escalate errors and breaches to the Lead
- Active participation in all interactions (Team huddles, stakeholder discussions, etc.)

**Qualifications**:Graduate (Any Stream)

**Skills**:

- Excellent command over written and spoken English
- Attention to detail, quality and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise and organise tasks, work within stiff timelines
- Ability to multi task
- Ability to learn new processes and systems
- Flexible and adaptable to changing demands
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Should be a quick learner and team player
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Extreme competence in comprehension
- Insurance experience preferred
