- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- knowledge of food and beverage operations.

**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant staff to ensure prompt and courteous service.
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them in selecting menu items, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or special requests.
- Oversee the proper setup of tables and ensure that the dining area maintains a clean and organized appearance at all times.
- Train, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff to uphold service standards and exceed guest expectations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders for supplies as needed.
- Uphold health and safety standards by enforcing sanitation regulations and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of leadership and supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Extensive understanding of fine dining service standards and protocols.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
