**Job Title**: Restaurant Captain
**Location**: Salt Lake, Sector 3, Kolkata
**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000 per month
**Accommodation**: Provided

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate restaurant floor operations during shifts.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to all guests.
- Assign duties to service staff and ensure smooth coordination.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless service.
- Train and guide new service staff.
- Monitor inventory and assist in order planning.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and customer-handling abilities.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
