As a Restaurant Captain, you will be a pivotal member of our front-of-house team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the smooth operation of service. Your primary objective will be to ensure that every guest receives outstanding service from the moment they arrive until they depart. You will lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, attentiveness, and grace under pressure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**: Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting guests warmly, assisting with seating arrangements, and attending to their needs throughout their dining experience.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and support staff, to deliver seamless service and exceed guest expectations.
- **Service Coordination**: Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests, maintaining a steady flow of service.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and adherence to company standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and diplomacy, seeking swift resolutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- **Training and Development**: Train new staff members on service standards, procedures, and product knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- **Upselling and Revenue Generation**: Promote menu items, specials, and beverage offerings to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales revenue.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
