**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a confident and service-oriented **Restaurant Captain** to lead the service team and ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. The Restaurant Captain acts as a liaison between the guests, service staff, and kitchen, ensuring service excellence, staff coordination, and guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and ensure a high-quality dining experience.
- Supervise service staff, assign duties, and ensure standards of service are met.
- Take reservations, manage table allocation, and ensure smooth seating.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages when required.
- Coordinate between kitchen and service teams to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.
- Train and guide junior service staff in etiquette, upselling, and menu knowledge.
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the dining area.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and act on feedback.
- Follow and enforce compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Captain/Team Leader in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal hospitality training is an advantage.
