We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Captain to elevate our guests' dining experiences. **Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service Excellence**: Ensure a seamless and exceptional dining experience for guests by providing personalized and attentive service.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and lead the restaurant staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- **Order Management**: Oversee the efficient and accurate processing of food and beverage orders, collaborating closely with the kitchen and bar teams.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of food presentation, service, and cleanliness. Monitor and address any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- **Upselling and Recommending**: Encourage and train staff to upsell menu items and make personalized recommendations, contributing to increased revenue.
- **Shift Management**: Organize and coordinate restaurant shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak periods and special events.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly, seeking solutions to ensure a positive resolution.
- **Financial Accountability**: Assist in controlling costs, managing inventory, and achieving revenue targets through effective resource allocation and control measures.

**Requirements**:
