We Requires **Executive - Logistics**at Lower Parel East.

Position: Executive - Logistics

Education: Graduate

Years of Experience: minimum 2 yrs

Work Location: Lower Parel East

Salary Range: upto 25k

Job Profile:
Dispatch:
a) Plan and coordinate the efficient movement of goods and materials.

b) Manage delivery schedules and routes.

c) Communicate with drivers and customers regarding deliveries.

d) Monitor the status of deliveries and address any issues that arise.

e) Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.

f) Maintain records of all deliveries and shipments.

g) Coordinate with warehouse and transportation personnel.

Procurement:
a) Identify and source necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.

b) Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers.

c) Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery.

d) Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and procurement activities.

e) Prepare purchase orders and manage invoices.

General:
a) Maintain accurate records and documentation.

b) Prepare reports and analyze data related to procurement and dispatch activities.

c) Contribute to the improvement of procurement and dispatch processes.

d) Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

e) Assist Dispatch and Procurement Manager in day to day work.

Required Skill Sets:
a) Computer Savvy.

b) Good Communication

d) Quick leaner and smart.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday | 09.30am to 06.30m (All Saturday half Day)
