**Job Description -**
- Key KRA will be to Design and create detailed itineraries for Domestic destination accommodations, transportation, activities and meals, tailored to Deluxe & Luxury client’s requirements, based on personal **knowledge** and **experience**:

- Manage the budget for each tour, controlling costs while providing a high quality experience & satisfaction
- Establish and maintain relationship with hotels, transport operators, local guides and other suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure reliable & prompt responses and services.
- Tailor travel packages to meet the unique preferences and requirements of HNI clients and tourists, such as family trips, adventure tours or cultural experiences.
- Offer 24/7 assistance and support for travelers, including help with emergencies or unforeseen issues.

**Qualification -**
- In depth knowledge of Domestic destinations, attractions and cultural aspects to provide insightful basis to build package tours & tailored itineraries.
- Must have 1sthand experience of these destinations and in depth knowledge and understanding of the destination, hotels, transport, sightseeing etc.
- In depth knowledge of at least 5 Indian states and tourism destinations & their highlights.

**Experience - min 5 **Years of planning & developing domestic tour packages and work experience with a well known and reputed Domestic tour operator.

**Current Designation**:Senior Package developer/Asst Manager Domestic Tour Developer

**Skills -**
- Strong networking & customer service skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and relationship in these states for a quick start.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple destinations simultaneously.
- Effective problem solving skills, especially in handling unexpected situations.
- Competence in using travel and booking software and other relevant tools
- Proficiency in budgeting and cost control.
- Capable of building team, training and setting up a Domestic Tour Division.
- Capable of sourcing, training & marketing in the developed products.
