**Job Title**: Online Marketing Specialist (SEO and Performance Marketing )

**Experience**: 3 to 5 Years

**Key Responsibilities**∙
Plan, execute, and optimize **performance marketing campaigns**across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media channels. Develop and implement effective **SEO strategies** to increase website visibility and traffic. Drive **online branding initiatives** to strengthen brand presence and positioning. ∙Handle **online bidding on freelance platforms** such as Upwork, Behance, and similar marketplaces to generate new business opportunities. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with the internal team to align marketing strategies with organizational goals. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing tools.

**Requirements**∙
**3-5 years of proven experience** in Online Marketing / Performance Marketing. Strong knowledge of **Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools**.
Experience in **online branding campaigns** and lead generation.
Hands-on experience with **online bidding platforms** (Upwork, Behance, etc.). Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure ROI and performance metrics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
