We are looking for a dedicated and organized Salon Administrative Assistant cum Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our salon. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner, providing a positive first impression of the salon.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage the salon's appointment calendar and ensure efficient scheduling of services.
- Coordinate and confirm appointments, taking into account specific client preferences and stylist availability.
- Assist with cash handling, including processing payments and managing the cash register.
- Maintain client records and update customer information in the salon's database.
- Handle inventory management, including ordering salon supplies and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Assist with salon marketing efforts, such as maintaining social media profiles and updating the salon's website.
- Keep the reception area and salon environment clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with salon staff to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed.
- Uphold the salon's policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using salon management software or booking systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of salon services and products is beneficial.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the salon's schedule.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
