**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Reception Management: Manage the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
2. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, filing, and data entry.
4. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring accurate and timely coordination.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee records, client files, and other administrative documents.
6. Office Supplies and Maintenance: Manage office supplies, maintain the office environment, and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
7. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
8. Event Planning: Assist with event planning, including coordinating logistics, catering, and decorations.
