Receptionist/administrator

We are looking for Receptionist cum Admin Executive, who will be the first point of contact at the office and will also be an integral part of the administration team.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Managing incoming & outgoing calls,
- Coordination with vendors and clients to perform daily activities like, invoicing, follow-ups etc.
- Supervision Activities related to Daily Admin operations & Admin record keeping.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them as required.
- Manage housekeeping and Maintenance of Attendance of all employees and collating attendance data for reporting.
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.).
- Manage office supplies (Stationary, refreshment, tea/coffee etc.).
- Should be Customer Centric & Willingness to learn.
- Office management: Take care of day to day admin related activities.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 4 years (preferred)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:
- English (preferred)
