**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in Blue collar and white collar hiring.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
