**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and conduct interviews.

At least 6 months of experience in sales hiring.
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and screening techniques.
Familiarity with job portals and professional networks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
