**Job Purpose**
- Lead a Team that delivers fixed line voice and data services nationally and internationally for Enterprise customers.
- The role will be responsible for governance, monitoring of the delivery SLA to fulfil the key demands/projects as per the Customer/ business requirements.
- Manage a Team of Program Managers to support Large and complex Projects being part of escalation matrix for enterprise customers.
- Ensure Customer escalations and relationship is managed with customer Sr. Management for delivery of projects on-time, within scope and budget.
- Strategic alignment of Program Management function to meet Business requirement in terms of revenue realization, Customer advocacy and enhance Vi NPS score
- Project Planning, Implementation, Schedule regular review meetings with customers and internal business to ensure customer deliverables as per agreement.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Lead a team that delivers fixed line services as per committed timelines for enterprise customers both domestic and global.
- Lead on critical Projects and Programs to ensure right support during bid and successful Project execution.
- Engage with Business and circle segments as part of early engagement on RFPs, Bids being part of ORB.
- Engage with Senior Leadership and Business Heads to review Programs and course corrections as required.
- Review and governance on Program Management best practises and adoption to meet the changing needs of Business. The role will be responsible for governance, monitoring of the delivery SLA against and to fulfil the key demands/projects as per the business requirements.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- 15+ years of telecom industry experience with added knowledge of leading Project Management function.
- Managing multinational customers across the globe by working collaboratively with multicultural functions/teams and partners across continents.
- Manage Senior Customer stake holders, Sr. Management and proactive escalation Management.
- Experience of working in a Telecom service delivery / program management function with Data Networking platforms and Enterprise products & services.
- Project Management and people skills Experience in implementing project or programme practice to meet Business requirements.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- B.E Electronics and Telecommunications
- Prior experience of working across telecom verticals and leading/ managing larger teams and B2B Customers experience Management.
- Manage dynamic, high-growth, high uncertainty environments.
- Ability to structure and prioritize work steams to meet the Business demands.
- Commercially astute.
