**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- End to end handling Visa Stamping
- Coordinate with employees, delivery managers, VFS, other countries counterparts / travel desk.
- Supporting/guiding the travellers in getting the required documents attested/certified/legalized apostille from relevant government agencies in the respective countries.
- Timely tracking cases and maintaining the Global Mobility database.

**Skills Required**:

- Handling visa documentation requirements and processing visas for Business and work permits from India to US, UK and Netherlands.
- Will be responsible for furnishing with relevant information and resources, supervising the completion of documentation, and submitting data on behalf of individuals, as required.
- Documenting and sending visa updates through constant research and tracking the changes with the embassy and consulate and intimating the same to applicant
- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports and updating status to management whenever required.
