We are looking for a Mobile Architect with deep expertise in designing and optimizing mobile applications across native and cross-platform environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mobile architecture patterns, performance tuning, and security, with a strong background in Native (iOS/Android) and a successful transition into Cross-Platform (Flutter/React Native) development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design scalable and maintainable mobile architectures using MVVM, MVC, VIPER, and Clean Architecture principles.
  • Lead architectural discussions and define standards for performance, security, and scalability across platforms.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues such as memory leaks, heating, and concurrency bottlenecks.
  • Ensure robust memory management and efficient handling of background tasks.
  • Implement offline-first architecture for seamless app performance with unreliable networks.
  • Enforce data protection and security best practices across mobile ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Backend, QA—to deliver high-performance and secure applications.
  • Guide and mentor development teams in adopting best practices and clean code standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience indesigning and optimizing mobile applications across native and cross-platform environments
  • Strong foundation in mobile app architecture (MVVM, MVC, VIPER, Clean Architecture).
  • Expertise in troubleshooting, memory management, and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience solving heating, memory leaks, and concurrency issues.
  • Proven experience with security and data protection mechanisms in mobile applications.
  • Experience implementing offline-first capabilities and synchronization mechanisms.
  • Prior experience working with native platforms (Swift, Kotlin, Java) and cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native).
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading architectural reviews and technical evaluations.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, app store release processes, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Ability to evaluate new frameworks and recommend suitable technologies.
