**Job Description: Sr. Account Executive**

**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Accounting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Zoho Books.
- Process day-to-day financial transactions, including billing and invoicing.
- Record purchase and sales entries.
- Prepare and manage e-invoices, e-way bills, and dispatch documents for sales invoices.
- Handle petty cash and create necessary cash vouchers.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and investigate any discrepancies.

**Tax Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations.
- Prepare and file GST returns and TDS returns.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate sales and inventory reports to track business performance.
- Coordinate with the CA for audits and year-end financial closures.

**Other Duties**:

- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in using accounting software, particularly Zoho Books.
- Strong understanding of GST and TDS regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in the manufacturing industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
