**Your work will involve.**
- You are responsible checking and supervising the Books of Accounts maintained by the accountants from a Balance Sheet finalization point of view.
- Ensure Proper Filing of Records of the documents handed over to you like Sales, Purchase, Cash, bank creditors correspondence, Debtors correspondence, and any other related to the accounts Department.
- Maintain Petty cash and Bank accounts Daily Reconciliation of the Company.
- Coordinate with C.A / GST Consultant / Legal and other consultants in regards of Accounts department work.
- Ensure the compliance of all the Returns and other formalities related to GST, EXCISE,VAT, CST, SERVICE TAX, TDS, Income Tax, ESI,PF,PT or any other Taxes applicable from time to time.
- Preparing salaries of the office staff and shop floor staff on time, Monthly Salary & all other salary-related works like preparing ESI,PF,PT,challans etc.
- Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
- Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills.
- Conduct new employee orientations and General Trainings
- Process paperwork of new employee and regular requirement
- Prepare & Display the Duty sheep Chart as per Shop supervisor plan
- Any other work given by the management.
- Assist & Maintain for Stationary items & Office Equipment Purchase
- Always carry “a smile”

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
