Position**:Chief sales officer**
Location**:Bangalore, Karnataka** **and** **Nagpur, MH**
Job Type**:Full-Time; On-site**

**Experience: 2-7 years**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business goals.
- Lead, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Drive revenue growth and optimize sales operations for profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and business development avenues.
- Analyze sales performance, forecast results, and report insights to leadership.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in sales leadership with proven success.
- **Leadership**: Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Expertise in sales strategy and growth execution.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in sales data analysis and forecasting.
- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- **Customer Focus**: Proven ability to manage key client relationships.
- **Tech Skills**: Experience with CRM tools

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:
