**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and optimize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed (optional, depending on role).
- Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and budget tracking.
- Conduct research and compile data for meetings and strategic planning.
- Help oversee special projects or initiatives as directed by the executive.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and/or project management tools.
- Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree + Master preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
