We are searching for a CRM Executive to join our growing company.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop strategies for building relationships and aim to provide a consistent, positive experience to every customer.
- Capture new leads and move them through the sales process.
- Support and manage relationships with current customers to maximize their lifetime value to the company.
- Boost productivity and lower the overall costs of marketing, sales, etc.
- To manage software called Zoho CRM.
- Passionate to work on generating lead.
- Capable to manage the data on Zoho CRM Portal.
- Capable to generate report & analyze.
- Data formatting & handling on excel.

**Requirements**:

- Any Grad.
- Preferably with 1-3 year of experience.
- Immediate Joining is preferable.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Advance Excel
