**Inventory & Stock Management**
- Monitor daily stock levels of raw materials and beverages.
- Manage ordering, receiving, and storage of supplies to minimize wastage.
- Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with the central purchase team.

**Sales & Revenue Management**
- Monitor daily sales and ensure achievement of targets.
- Handle billing, cash, and digital payment reconciliation at the end of each shift/day.
- Support local marketing/branding initiatives to drive footfall.

**Reporting & Compliance**
- Prepare daily sales, inventory, and expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, health & safety norms.
- Coordinate with the head office on operational updates.
