Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outlet Incharge located in Mumbai. The Outlet Incharge will oversee the daily operations of the retail outlet, ensuring smooth functioning and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring adherence to quality and hygiene standards, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and driving sales and profitability. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers and managing financial transactions.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle financial transactions and manage budgets
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
