**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance to prospective students regarding courses, eligibility, admission process, fees, and scholarships.
- Educate students on program features, curriculum, and career prospects.
- Build and maintain relationships with students and parents, ensuring smooth communication.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.

**Requirements**:

- Any Bachelor’s degree with 0-1 years of experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and any CRM tools (preferred).
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion skills.
- Enthusiasm for sales, business development & student counseling.
- Flexible for 6days working from the office with rotational weekly off.
- Basic understanding of education systems and career pathways (training provided).
