**Job description**:
We are looking for a persuasive hospital representative to promote and sell company services to doctors and other relevant healthcare professionals. The doctor relationship representative’s responsibilities include persuading potential patients to opt for company services, identifying prospective business opportunities for the company, and providing the relevant hospitals with patient feedback. You should also be able to attend company meetings and training sessions. To be successful as a hospital representative, you should be able to demonstrate excellent patient service skills and build rapport with potential doctors. Ultimately, an outstanding Hospital Representative should be able to continually meet or exceed the company sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Selling the company services to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Scheduling appointments with doctors and other healthcare professionals to promote company services.
- Developing an in-depth understanding of company services.
- Building and maintaining good business relationships with doctors to encourage repeat patient referrals.
- Following up on patient leads generated by the doctors.
- Preparing presentations for potential doctors.
- Researching competitor’s doctor referrals and their respective market performances.
- Keeping abreast of new developments in the surgical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor/ degree in nursing, pharmacy, life sciences, or related field.
- Proven medical sales experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver licence.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Persuasive and resilient.
- Viewing/analysing everyone as potential clients.
- High on Confidence, not over-confident.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
