**Job Title**: Medical Representative for Therapy Services

**Job Type**: Full Time in office for 6 days, Monday to Saturday

**Salary**:25 k
- 35 k, negotiable (depending upon the years of experience and expertise)

**Job location**: HSR layout, sector 2, Bangalore

**About The Marriage Fit**:
The Marriage Fit is the Bangalore-based Psychological clinic and counseling center for Relationship guidance. We focus exclusively on relationship problems in marriage, Family and Individual also we do counseling for Mental Health, reaching hundreds of couples and individuals on a daily basis.

The Medical Representative for Therapy Services will be responsible for promoting the company’s therapy services to healthcare professionals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the company’s service portfolio, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote the company’s therapy services to healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses, and therapists.
- Arrange appointments and meetings with community
- and hospital-based healthcare staff.
- Present services to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses, and therapists.
- Undertake relevant research on new therapy techniques and competitors.
- Meet both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals.
- Maintain detailed records of all contacts and meetings and creating reports when needed.
- Manage budgets for catering, outside speakers, conferences, and hospitality.
- Stay informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.

**Qualifications**:

- An immediate joiner with sales/marketing experience of 2- 3 years
- Proven medical sales experience, is a plus point
- Knowledge of the therapy services industry and new developments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field preferred Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field such as marketing, Business Administration sales etc. preferred
