
Sales Executive

**Job responsibilities of a telesales executive**:
- **Project knowledge**: Take knowledge of all projects and real estate from the market, do OJT with sales teams.
- **Generate visits**: Research, make cold calls, and pitch to potential clients to identify their needs and convert them into site visits.
- **Meet sales targets**: Follow a sales script and strategy, but be able to improvise when needed.
- **Build customer relationships**: Maintain relationships with existing clients as well as new clients, remind them for site visits and revisits, and inform them of deals.
- **Manage client accounts**: Answer questions about projects or the company, and handle grievances.
- **Update customers**: Inform customers about new launches and record their reactions, and advertise discounts and offers.
- **Keep records**: Track sales leads, customer interactions, and performance.
- **Liaise with other departments**: Coordinate with other departments to address customer queries and complaints.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
