Job Description – Field Sales ExecutivePosition Overview

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and driving revenue growth through direct, face-to-face customer interactions in the assigned territory. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting people, traveling, and achieving sales goals in a dynamic environment.

Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit potential and existing customers within the assigned territory to promote and sell products/services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market visits, cold calls, and referrals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Gather feedback from customers and communicate insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
  • Track competitors' activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client visits, sales, and follow-ups in CRM tools or reports.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
