We are urgently hiring **Customer Service Executives** for bulk positions to join our growing team. As a **Customer Service Executive**, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding support to our customers. If you are passionate about providing excellent service and have the ability to communicate effectively, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our customer service database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and customer service best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in [specify language if applicable].
- Previous experience in **customer service** or related fields is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced **call center** environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts (8 AM to 5 PM or 11 AM to 8 PM).
